Scott
McMurrian has a diverse and extensive real estate
background. Mr. McMurrian began his real estate
career in 1986 as an appraiser. He transitioned to
leasing, property management and sales in 1988.
McMurrian earned his commercial real estate broker's
license in 1993. He later sold his company and moved
his family to San Antonio, Texas. McMurrian now
specializes in representing Tenants in lease
transactions, client build-to-suits and building
purchases, dispositions and other facility related
transactions. |
| Mr. McMurrian made his mark in the San Antonio
commercial real estate arena as a leasing manager
for Koger Equity from 1995 to 1999, where he
distinguished himself by increasing occupancy from
70 percent to 93 percent during a 12 month period,
while simultaneously increasing rental rates. Now he
uses what he learned working for different
Landlords, to negotiate powerfully for his tenant
clients.
